The Open days has held on 7 november in village Sarata Galbena, this village is one of the winners of Best Practice Programme Moldova. The national recognition of the village encourage the citizens to collect funds to support sports activities.

The enthusiasm of people convinced the officials to support in turn the Community initiative. "Where exist partnership between economic agents, NGO's, citizens, the Local Autorithies can be realised good things, not necessarly a stadium, can be anything else necessary for community infrastructure. Those present at the open day assisted at the demonstration of athletic performance of students from local high school. Part festive was followed by a visit to the Center for Social Assistance and Asylum for elderly persons.

Commune showed that due to create social partnerships have been successfully implemented at least 18 local development projects and were attracted funds worth 30 million lei in town.

The event is a key component of Best Practice Programme for Local Authorities.
