To share local and national public practice, the administration of Anenii was designed an event for the recognition of success. On 27 november, 2008 the mayoralty of city Anenii Noi launched the event Open Days.

Mayors from neighboring villages have learned that city council meetings are forwarded to the radio TEMP. Tradition, ethical, moral and Partnership (TEMP) - thus explained the team of journalists and engineers sound their option.

The event has hels with finnancial supporting of Democratic Institutions Directorate of the Council of Europe and the Royal Embassy of Norway in Roumania and providing logistical by Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS Viitorul).
